📦 DELIVERY INFORMATION

As Fine Touch, we work to ensure that your orders reach you in the fastest and safest way. Below you can find detailed information about all delivery processes, fees and return conditions.

1. DELIVERY TIMES Order Processing Time: Your orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Shipping Time: Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir: 1-3 business days Other Cities: 3-5 business days Note: Weekends and public holidays are not included in delivery times.

2. DELIVERY ADDRESS and CHANGE You can change your address before your order is shipped. For changes: Send your "Order Number" and "New Address" information to info@finetouchtextile.com.

3. ORDER TRACKING Your shipping information is sent via e-mail and SMS when your order is shipped. For tracking: You can get instant information by entering your shipment number on the cargo company's website.

4. RETURN AND EXCHANGE Right of Withdrawal: You can return the product within 14 days from the date you received it. Conditions: The product must be labeled, in its original packaging and unused. Return Process: Submit your return request to info@finetouchtextile.com. Your shipping information will be sent to you. After the returned product is checked, your fee will be refunded within 7 business days.
